We can offer accomodations for 8 persons in three independant lodgings, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets:
• the first lodging is with beamed ceiling and red floor-tiles, consisting of a room with double bed, a lovely bathroom, copper bath fixtures, modern shower in old-fashioned style, bidet, separate toilet (lieu); also has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, opening onto a dining room/living room, with wood-burning stove.
• there is also a separate bedroom (30 s-m) with two single beds + a smaller one, a comfortable couch, and a corner for satellite tele reception, as well as radio-CD player.
• downstairs (with its own entrance) you will find a large and sunny corridor with a table for 4/6 persons, opening on a large picture window leading to the terrass. This corridor also gives access to the laundry. On the other side, it gives access to a 25 s-m room with 3 beds (one is smaller) and a charming blue bathroom with toilet. This room also has its own picture window opening on the terrass.

One week stay
Price off-season : 350 €.
Mid season: 450 €.
High season: 550 €.
Weekends or mid-week : 250 €.
If your party is larger, we can offer accomodations for 12 persons in four independent lodgings, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets :
• in addition to the three lodgings described in option n°1, you will have access to another appartment on the top floor, also with beamed ceiling and red floor-tiles, with a separate room with two single beds, and a bed-couch for two in a living-room/dining room equipped with television, efficiency kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and toilet (lieu). This accomodation is truly charming, with its magnificent view!
OPTION N°2
One week stay
Price off-season : 450 €.
Mid season: 550 €.
High season: 650 €.
Weekends or mid-week : 290 €.
The cost-benefit relation is most favorable for couples or friends who wish to share their vacations, while maintaining their independence.
The price for week’s stay for 12 persons during low season is only 5,35 € per person per day and 7,74 € during high season in summer.
High season: July & August.
Mid season: April, May, June, September, and school holidays.
Low season: the remainder of the year.
One week stay: from Saturday afternoon (4 PM) to the following Saturday morning (10 AM).
Week-end: two days and two nights, starting Friday evening or afternoon (after 4 PM) until Sunday evening or afternoon. Not available during French school holidays.
Mid-week: four nights for the price of two - from Monday evening (4 PM) to Friday morning (10 AM) - except in high season and during French school holidays.
Garden, terrass, car parking
Our options offer access to our terrass with its southern exposure, electrically powered awning, tables and chairs, as well as the 2,600 square meter fenced lawn.
Up to five cars can be easily parked in front of the house.
Bedding, kitchen and toilet articles
We supply all blankets, quilts, pillows.
In order that you are not burdened with a great amount of luggage, we can also supply all sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels for a standard price of 6 € per person.
Kitchen, washing machine
You have the use of a washing machine, and a covered area for hanging laundry to dry. We also supply all kitchen accessories : dishes, pots, toaster, coffee maker, electric water heater, micro-wave oven, refrigerator-freezer…
Local taxes, electricity, gas, hot water
Our prices include local taxes, electricity, cooking gas, gas used in heating water provided by a high-tech Frisquet gas heater. 300 liters of hot water are always available, and, if need be, another 280 liters can be heated up to 40°C in seven minutes.
Heating
In case of need the charges for heating are 6 € per day (up to 8 persons) to 8 € per day (9 to 12 persons). The house is equipped with central heating (gas fueled), with radio thermostat that can be regulated to within a half degree centergrade (except 25 s-m room downstairs: electric heater). All our windows have special double panes.
Cleaning service at the end of one’s stay
Up to 8 persons : 50 €.
9 to 12 persons : 60 €.

You are of couse always welcome to call on us if you are passing through the region and would like to have a look at our lodge before planning a holiday in the Morvan, with no commitment on your part, it goes without saying.
